Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation of the French privacy policy. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. Politique de confidentialité.
This policy describes how Bullify processes your personal data when you visit bullify.io. It covers this showcase site only, and not the applications published by Bullify (each has its own privacy policy).
Data controller
The data controller is Bullify. Its full details are set out in the legal notice.
Data collected
bullify.io is a purely static showcase site. It collects no data through any form and sets no cookies.
The only data processed are the technical logs generated automatically by our server (Caddy) on each HTTP request:
- the connecting IP address (truncated as early as possible);
- the date and time of the request;
- the URL requested and the HTTP response code;
- the browser (user-agent) and referring site (referer), where present.
Purposes
These logs are used exclusively to:
- keep the site secure (detecting attacks, abuse and malicious bots);
- diagnose technical incidents and maintain the availability of the service;
- produce aggregated, anonymised traffic statistics.
Legal basis
The processing rests on the legitimate interest of Bullify (GDPR art. 6.1.f) in ensuring the security, availability and sound administration of its online service.
Retention period
Server logs are kept for 6 months, in line with the French data protection authority’s recommendations for technical logs. After that, they are permanently deleted.
Recipients and processors
The data is accessible only to the co-founders of Bullify and to our host, which acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR:
- Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. Data stored in France (Paris data centre).
No data is sold, rented or passed on to a third party for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
No transfer of data takes place outside the European Union. The site and its logs are hosted and processed entirely in France.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your personal data.
You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@bullify.io. We undertake to reply within one month.
Complaint to the CNIL
If, having contacted us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
